Breckinridge Memorial's Lab Department is considered one of the top rural hospital labs in the state for quality service, accurate results and the variety of tests offered. The lab department services all of Breckinridge and
parts of Meade & Ohio counties.
There are 14 qualified employees in the lab with technologists, lab aides and couriers. The department is staffed 24 hours a day to meet the needs of the community with state of the art instrumentation and service in this area. The lab is also networked via a fast and efficient Laboratory Information System (LIS).
